Small, Smart, Strong — CNT cold cathode X-ray tubes from Korea University research

LMX has pioneered the development of high-performance digital cold-cathode X-ray tubes through proprietary research on carbon nanotubes, cold-cathode electron emission sources, X-ray tube core components, and vacuum sealing.

We have world-class core technologies developed over 30 years of research led by Professor Cheol Jin Lee at Korea University. These technologies include nanomaterials, cold cathode electron emitters, and cold cathode X-ray tubes, which enable us to manufacture carbon nanotube-based cold cathode X-ray tubes.

Our carbon nanotube cold cathode X-ray tubes minimize unnecessary radiation exposure, reduce energy consumption and heat generation, and provide precise dose control. This enables the development of medical diagnostic imaging systems, security screening devices, and non-destructive testing equipment that are safer, more efficient, and highly accurate.

Building on its unique cold-cathode X-ray tube technology, LMX aims to emerge as a global leader driving the future of X-ray innovation.
